On Tuesday 10th May, 2022, our Embassy was finally able to express its appreciation, in word and deed, to 東海大學 Tunghai University for its extensive generosity to the government and people of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Apart from presenting a beautiful Sean Roache painting entitled ‘AMAZONA GUILDINGII National Bird of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines ‘ to the University’s President Chang, Ambassador Bowman was invited to address the University’s audience on the topic, ‘Education As A Tool Of Diplomacy ‘. Tuesday’s ceremony marks the first time that the University’s new President was meeting a foreign delegation and addressing an audience in English.
